Bangladesh won the first T20 match by two wickets
Shakib Al Hasan | Bangladesh captain: We had the belief, all our tailenders can bat. It was Shoriful's turn today but Miraz could have finished it. That's funny but makes it more exciting for the crowd and that's how T20 goes [on the last over].
Towhid Hridoy | Player of the Match: We tried to rotate the strike and wanted to take the game deep. Hopefully this kind of a win will give us a lot of confidence. I was a little bit nervous in the last over when I did not go on strike but I had confidence in my other batters.
Rashid Khan | Afghanistan captain: The ground was very wet to be honest, and the strength we have, 50% was taken away from us with the wet ball. But we still bowled well, overall a great effort by the team. With the bowling unit we have, that total was enough but in T20 one innings can take away the game from you. If the top-order was a bit more careful, we could have got 20-25 more. [on Nabi] Great to see the way he played, senior pro, he set an example and he took it deep. It was not an unplayable pitch and the way he played was amazing and so happy for him.
